Asim has accumulated 10 years of IT Industry experience working in diverse capacities with International companies in Cypurs, Pakistan, U.K, China, and Thailand.

He started his career in 2005 as a part-time job at Deomphious Limited (International Medical Devices Manufacturer with headquarters in Cyprus) during the final year of Management Information System from Intercollege Limassol, Cyprus.

His knowledge and enthusiasm soon opened the opportunity to be promoted as a full-time assistant IT manager. He helped the company automate its business process and successfully implemented a management system using ERP software and data control system.

Asim believes, “success comes quicker when you are driven by passion”. He was soon assigned a new role to lead the team for development and implantation of quality systems for medical devices.

In 2006, the diverse responsibility as IT and Quality Assurance Manager of Demophoirus Limited helped him gain valuable of skills of managing a multi-cultural team, International communication, quality management systems, and project management.

He also worked with consultants and trainers from PricewaterhouseCoopers Cyprus, TUV Product and Service Germany, and the BSI United Kingdom.

His appetite for challenges and entrepreneurship has driven him to start his independent consulting for IT project management.

His International IT exposure and diverse experience in leadership and consulting roles have paved the way for founding Softicks Limited in November 2014.

Since the founding of Softicks Limited, he has provided consulting to numerous technology startups and mid-staged companies in achieving their IT goals.

He along with his team has successfully delivered e-commerce platforms, niche marketplaces, leisure, and crowd-funding web and mobile applications.

He likes to take challenges and rise with his key strength is to connect entrepreneurial dots using technology solutions.

Asim has BBA (Hons.) in Management Information Systems from Intercollege Limassol, Cyprus.
